Job Description
Job TitlePower BI DeveloperJob DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Power BI Developer with basic .NET console
application development skills and excellent client communication abilities.
This role involves working remotely with the client s team to build insightful
data visualizations, integrate multiple data warehouses, and provide expert
recommendations for business intelligence solutions.Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models from
multiple data sources.
Create and maintain .NET console applications for automated data
integration and transformation tasks.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide
actionable insights.
Propose and implement strategies for integrating data from multiple
warehouse systems into cohesive models.
Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
Implement row-level security and access control for Power BI datasets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models, reports, and
backend scripts.
Participate in sprint planning and remote team discussions with the client.
Education Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence and
Reporting.
At least 6months -2 years of hands-on experience in developing .NET (C#)
console applications.
Microsoft Power BI or Azure certifications are a plus. Technical Skills Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query (M
language), Power Apps.
Strong experience in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Experience with .NET (C#), particularly in building and maintaining console
applications.
Familiar with integrating Power BI with APIs, JSON/XML data sources.
Good understanding of data warehouse systems and ETL processes.
Knowledge of Power BI REST API, Power BI Embedded, or Azure Data Factory is
an advantage. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills to interact with global clients in a remote
setup.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Proactive in providing suggestions and improvements to meet business goals.
Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
