Position Title: Direct Tele - Front Line Sales (FLS) Health Insurance
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 2.0 3.0 LPA
Location: Candidates must reside in one of the following areas: Thane, Bhiwandi, Mulund, Kalwa, Vikhroli, Borivali, or Mira Road.
Age Limit: 30 years and below
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or within 30 days preferred (Candidates with 90 days' notice will not be considered)


About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven individual for the position of Direct Tele - FLS in the Health Insurance domain. This role involves outbound calling to potential customers to promote and sell health insurance products. Ideal candidates are aggressive sales professionals from the BFSI sector with experience in tele-sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for health insurance products
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective calling and convincing
Handle objections professionally and convert leads into customers
Follow up with prospects on a regular basis
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Work in alignment with company compliance and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (Only full-time courses accepted)
Age: 30 years or below
Experience:

Minimum 6 months of tele-sales experience in financial products such as:

Health Insurance (HI), General Insurance (GI), Life Insurance (LI), Motor Insurance (MI)
Credit Cards, Demat Accounts
Candidates from companies like Policybazaar, Serco, Q-Connect or similar BFSI/call center backgrounds are preferred
Skills:

Strong verbal communication
High energy and confidence in telephonic sales
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
