What will you drive?
- As our Talent Radar Intern, you'll sculpt robust data models and pipelines for roles across Business. Picture yourself as the architect of recruitment, partnering closely with managers and stakeholders to decode their needs and conjure data-driven solutions.
- Channel your inner detective to unearth top talent from job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, social media, and beyond.
- Master the art of resume screening and conduct initial interviews that leave candidates eager to join our automotive adventure.
- Navigate the recruitment journey from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate finds their perfect match at CARS24.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline so robust, it could power a fleet of electric cars.
Who are we looking for?
- Your understanding of recruitment processes is so sharp, it could cut through red tape faster than our cars hit top speed.
- Your communication skills are smoother than a freshly waxed hood, captivating candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Juggling tasks and priorities is your second nature, like weaving through traffic on a busy day.
- Armed with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a field thats your secret weapon in the talent acquisition arena.
