Are you a passionate and driven IT Recruiter looking for an exciting opportunity in Pune? Join Vidushi Infotech SSP Pvt Ltd. and be a part of our dynamic HR team! We are looking for talented individuals with a proven track record in sourcing top IT talent.

Registration Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Venue: Vidushi Infotech SSP Pvt Ltd. Cerebrum IT Park, B-3 Building, 2nd Floor, Office 4-B, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411014
CTC: Upto 4 LPA
Work From Office is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for IT candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems efficiently.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular follow-ups.
- Contribute to recruitment strategies and initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with:
- MBA in HR with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends as per business needs.
