One of our esteem client is looking for Virtual Relationship Manager MFD Channel, Location - Mumbai - Goregaon.

• Objective
• To manage set of Mutual Fund Distributors / Increasing Sales Volumes /

Solving Service Queries / building digital penetration

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and strengthening relationship with Mutual Fund Distributors

via virtual medium

Managing the end-to-end sales journey of the mapped relationship

• Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product and category

mix

• Ensure engagement with all the mapped relationship in a structured and

timely manner

• Share product updates, market knowledge and recommendations with the

mapped relationships

• Helping distributors navigate through companys web portal and app
• Helping distributors plan the allocation and pitch for their clients
• Being distributors one point of contact for all service queries
• Ensuring that distributors service requests are resolved in a timely

manner

• Ensuring end-to-end communication to the distributors via e-mail,

whatsapp and other relevant mediums

• Inviting distributors for all the relevant webinars and events hosted by the

company

Knowledge and experience

• 1-3 Year experience of Sales in the financial services sector
• Candidates with in-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds (schemes,

investment mediums, taxation, market, channels of distribution) will be

given preference

• Effective communication skills while presenting over an audio-only

medium
