Job Description
As a member of the marketing team, you will be designing and implementing all experiences a user has when interacting with Leoforce web pages and web/mobile app screens. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams ensuring seamless web/mobile design and successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. You will be a major contributor as we build the next iteration of our market leading platforms. What you will do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product, marketing and development teams
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
- Quickly and iteratively illustrate design ideas creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present low and high fidelity mockups to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on stakeholders and user feedback
- Adhere to branding guidelines and style standards on fonts, colors and images.
WordPress Developer Responsibilities:
- Designing and building the website front-end.
- Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Troubleshooting content issues.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
WordPress Developer Requirements:
- 8-12 years experience as a web designer and a WordPress developer.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of PHP back-end development
