Hi,
We are actively looking for POS Testers to be part of our dynamic team in Thane/Pune/Chennai location.
Below is the job description:
What does a successful Tester - POS do at Fiserv ?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development process.
- Develop and implement QA strategies: Develop and implement strategies that optimize the quality assurance process, reduce defects, and improve the efficiency of the software development process.
What will you do:
- Design and execute functional test for the POS acquiring products.
- Utilize automation tool for testing the products.
- Understand business and product requirements as related to payments and the existing service architecture, gain a deeper understanding of the domain.
- Execute functional system test including functional, sanity, regression, pre-production, and post-production, and postproduction phase in a tight release schedule.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objectives and to work under pressure as per project priority.
- Experience on capturing the various matrices i.e., defect leakage, Aging etc.
- Ability to manage the team, allocation of work and track and escalate timely to all the stakeholders for the appropriate action. Ability to publishing the effective the daily & weekly status report to all the stakeholders.
What will you need to know:
- Minimum 6 - 10 years relevant experience working with payment systems. Expertise in payment banking domain.
- B.E/B Tech, MCA, BCA or graduate related to computer science or information technology.
- Tester should have good understanding and hands-on experience in digital payment. Good understanding of the Merchant acquiring and related systems.
- Testing experience on API - Json, Rest and XML. Familiarly with Testing methodology and product life cycle.
- Experience with JIRA for the project management, issue-tracking, or bug-tracking tools.
- Experience in the ISO -8583 messaging system and experience on POS and Card certification. Testing experience in payment integrator.
- Should have good knowledge regarding working for POS devices including IPG. Experiences on end-to-end payment transaction with routing Switch.
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing is a must.
What would be great to have:
- Certification - ISTQB, Scrum Master and Agile Tester.
