Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis practices and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience in the logistics and transportation sector is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.
  
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Support user acceptance testing and assist with training and change management.
  
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track business performance and project status.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  
• Exposure to logistics and transportation domains is a strong advantage.
  
• Proficient in tools like Excel, Jira, Confluence, and documentation platforms.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
