Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design Pega architecture and artifacts for decisioning strategies developed by Data Scientists.
Collaborate with GTS for user story grooming and Pega requirements.
Train the COE team and relevant stakeholders on Pega features.
Serve as the point of contact for all Pega-related issues.
Ensure the effective implementation and optimization of Pega decisioning strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Continuously monitor and improve Pega decisioning processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in Pega.
Pega certifications are required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing and implementing Pega architecture and artifacts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members on Pega features.
Proficiency in managing and resolving Pega-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within the industry.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of additional decisioning tools and technologies.
