Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Position : Customer Care Executive (Histopathology)

• Accessioning of samples for testing
• Maintaining accuracy of entered data by checking and rechecking source document or the
• database Attending phone calls of patients and coordinators of credit organizations
• Handling queries related to samples received for analysis in a timely & professional manner
• To provide correct information pertaining to laboratory services.
• To check and settle payments received through various payment modes (cash/cheque/Online)
• Submitting daily payment reports to the finance personnel
• Follow up with patients / Lab coordinators for outstanding payments
• Checking & attending email queries
• To maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all the medical records (no information will be
• shared or discussed without prior permission of the Doctor and the Reporting Manager)
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager and consultants.
