We are hiring for the ITES Company for the OTC Billing Role.

Job Description

• Responsible for assisting with day- to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes
• Responsible for follow up with field location team for necessary supporting documents required for billing
• Day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to senior.
• Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing,
• Adhere to the policy guidelines for billing.
• Commerce Graduate with Masters degree an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing. Basic knowledge of tools and systems (JDE, MS Office)
• Basic understanding of Billing and invoicing
• Conversant of various online tools and systems
• Good analytical and communication skills
• High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability
• Oral and written communications skills in English
• Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment
• Computer literate in various tools

Key Skills:

a) Minimum 2 years of experience in Billing and Invoicing

b) Basic knowledge of tools and systems like JDE, MS Office
c) Commerce Graduate (Bcom-Mcom-BBA-MBA Finance)
