YoHo Designs offers a wide range of innovative and exclusive interior designs to bring your vision to life. Our goal is to provide affordable and durable designs, with plans to expand to 100 employees and open three experience centers in Bengaluru within a year, followed by further expansion to multiple cities.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Site Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Junior Site Engineer will be responsible for daily on-site operations, quality control, and ensuring structural integrity. Responsibilities include collaborating with civil engineers, managing project timelines, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to standard.

QualificationsOn-site experience and ability to manage daily operations
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Quality control experience to ensure project standards are met
Knowledge of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
