Job Description

Operations of resorts, restaurants and F&B services in cinemas. FSSAI compliances. Hygiene and safety. Budgeting. P&L analysis. Analyze feedbacks and address guest complaints. Sales. Promotion. Revenue generation. Travelling to various units.

Required Candidate profile

A Hotel Management graduate with around 5 plus years experience in Hospitality sector managing overall functioning of various units. Willing to travel to different units in Kolkata and outside.
