Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, SAP APO! In this role, we are looking for SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) professional with a strong focus on Demand Planning Responsibilities: Demand Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain statistical forecasting models within SAP APO. Generate accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business inputs. Planning Books and Interactive Planning: Manage demand planning across the product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation. Collaboration and Consensus Planning: Facilitate consensus forecasting meetings with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Analyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement. System Integration and Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of SAP APO with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems. Continuously improve demand planning processes and system configurations. Advanced knowledge of SAP APO (Demand Planning module). Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and integration points. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Key Skills: SAP APO certification. Experience in lifecycle planning and event-based forecasting. Knowledge of supply chain management best practices. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
