Job Overview Rockstud Capital seeks a Investment Analyst/ Associate for its Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) division in Mumbai. This full-time role involves supporting investment strategies, analyzing market conditions, and aiding in portfolio management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a passion for venture capital and asset management, paired with a solid understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. Qualifications And Skills Solid grasp of startup evaluation and venture capital principles is essential with hands-on experience in early-stage startups. (Mandatory skill) Experience in venture capital and familiarity with fund management dynamics and frameworks. (Mandatory skill) Proven skills in portfolio management with a focus on diversification and risk mitigation strategies. (Mandatory skill) Ability to source and analyze deals, identifying potential investment opportunities that align with company goals. Proficiency in financial modeling to evaluate investment scenarios and support decision-making processes. Thorough understanding of investment principles and markets, demonstrating the ability to apply complex financial concepts. Competence in conducting market research, gaining insights into market trends and competitor strategies. Effective at investment analysis to assess financial statements, predict future performance, and make informed recommendations. Roles And Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis on investment opportunities within startups and emerging markets. Assist in managing and creating diversified portfolio allocations and provide recommendations on investment strategies. Collaborate with senior investment teams to support venture capital decision-making processes. Engage in deal sourcing activities to identify and evaluate potential high-impact investment opportunities. Utilize financial models to analyze investment potentials, risks, and returns for proposed ventures. Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Monitor invested companies performance and provide updates to the investment team. Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions and portfolio companies.,
