Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Vijaywada 6- 9 Years Job Description 1. Responsible to develop systems and procedures that ensure safety for customers, employee s , plant, machinery and property 2. Responsible to prepare preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence 3. Responsible to develop and overall plan and strategy for optimizing the use of energy 4. Responsible to monitor and to control HLP and R&M expenses 5. Responsible to guide the team in day to day operations 6. Responsible to liaison with relevant Government agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements 7. Responsible to ensure spare parts and materials are available in the store at all times 8. Responsible to ensure department employees are regularly trained through OJT 9. Responsible to personally conduct key training sessions 10. Responsible to counsel subordinates in personal and work related matters 11. Responsible to check the functioning of the fire detection and the firefighting equipment s 12. Responsible to maintain all distribution system for electricity, cold water and indoor air quality 13. Responsible to operate and maintain air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems 14. Responsible to maintain buildings and grounds 15. Responsible to ensure timely response to service requests by customers, internal departments and the management to repair or replace furniture and fixtures 16. Responsible to implement energy management programs through maintaining appropriate equipment operating log book and utility consumption records 17. Responsible to maintain adequate inventory of parts, tools and supplies 18. Responsible to train and supervise subordinates and assists in training other employees on safety and emergency procedures 19. Responsible to conduct continuous inspection on the building and the ground and co- ordinates building electrical maintenance and clean 20. Responsible to implement an effective preventive maintenance program in accordance with professional engineering practices 21. Responsible to maintain adequate inventory of parts, tools and supplies 22. Responsible to ensure smooth operations of the projection room and implement the programs as planned 23. Responsible to train and to supervise subordinates on safety, new and existing procedures as also updating them on the trends 24. Responsible to ensure technical and safety monitoring at all times 25. Responsible to ensure receipt and uploading of content on time 26. Responsible to ensure uninterrupted viewing experience to the guests 27. Responsible to train the projectionists on the expected levels of presentation and technical monitoring. Please fill in name.
