Meta is looking for Business Messaging Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Key Responsibilities : Administrative Support : Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence. Data Entry and Documentation : Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. Create and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations. Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently. Distribute information to relevant team members as needed. Coordination : Assist in project coordination and follow-up on tasks. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. Record Keeping : Maintain organized records and files. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies. Supporting Teams : Collaborate with various departments (e. g. , HR, Finance, Marketing) to provide support as required. Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
