As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting interviews. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new hires and managing important documents.

Role & responsibilities

1. Source and attract top talent through various channels

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

3. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

4. Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers

5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics

6. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

7. Manage and maintain accurate and organized recruitment documents
