Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work with the Ruby on Rails framework to build modern, scalable web applications.
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and debug simple issues with the help of your mentor or team lead.
- Stay updated with new trends and technologies in web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or final-year student).
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Exposure to or interest in Ruby and Ruby on Rails (academic projects, self-learning, or bootcamps).
- Familiarity with databases and SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL is a plus).
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
