We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team
The Recruiter will be responsible from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for finding the right talent
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various platforms (eg job boards, social media, professional networks)
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and roles specifications
Conduct initial resume reviews and screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant team members
Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, in alignment with company criteria and budget
Manage rejection communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in internal database, hiring metrics, and reports
Regularly analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to inform future recruitment strategies
Work closely with the marketing team to understand the requirements assigned
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Fresher to 8months
Education: Any field graduate willing to pursue their career in HR Recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
