Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Public Address System design

• Fire Alarm System design
• Fire Extinguishing System design
• HVAC system- VRV, DX , AHU and ventilation system design. Load calculation and Equipment selection as per standards
• Plumbing- layout design with water supply demand load calculations & riser diagram.
• Electrical Load calculation, Power and Lighting layout, panel selection, preparation of SLD and earthing layout, Lux/Lumens calculation, Data & Voice works understanding
• Onsite coordination and Monitoring of Execution works as per standards & checklists
• Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• MEP Design Manager shall prepare plans and specification according to NBC and other relevant standards.
• MEP Design Manager shall be responsible for Designing, Design review and verification, Project management

(Erection, Testing, commissioning of Electrical, Fire alarm, HVAC, Firefighting System).

• MEP Design Manager shall be responsible for Wire/Cable laying, MLTP, DBs and Industrial Socket, cable tray Installation, power and

lighting, Earthing, Firefighting panel installation and piping, HVAC, etc.

• MEP Design Manager shall provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding

installation and maintenance of MEP System.

• MEP Design Manager shall review the contractors design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.
• MEP Design Manager to have knowledge of MS Office, Revit, AutoCAD .
