Job Description

Merchant Banker with Emphasis on PPT and Presentation Skills

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Development: Create and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate financial analyses, investment strategies, and transaction structures to clients and stakeholders.

• Capital Raising & Fund Management: Assist clients in raising capital through private placements, debt instruments, or equity offerings. This includes preparing financial documents, liaising with investors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Advise on and facilitate mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. This involves conducting due diligence, valuing companies, and negotiating deal terms.
  
• Financial Advisory: Provide strategic advice on financial planning, investment opportunities, and risk management to help clients achieve their business objectives.
  
• Underwriting Services: Underwrite securities for clients, ensuring that new issues are successfully placed in the market. This includes assessing risk and determining appropriate pricing.
