5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure MEP works meet the required standards and specifications.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP works, including safety risks, delays, and cost overruns.
7. Client and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP works meet their requirements and expectations.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage MEP budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
9. Safety Management: Ensure MEP works are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, complying with relevant safety regulations and standards.
