Job Description
1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP works.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
3. Design and Installation: Review and approve MEP designs, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and oversee the installation of MEP systems.
4. Testing and Commissioning: Plan and supervise the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure they meet the required standards.
5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure MEP works meet the required standards and specifications.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP works, including safety risks, delays, and cost overruns.
7. Client and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP works meet their requirements and expectations.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage MEP budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
9. Safety Management: Ensure MEP works are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, complying with relevant safety regulations and standards.
10. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress reports, budget reports, and quality control reports.Role & responsibilities
