Job Description
About the Role: The Operations Associate role at Pocket FM focuses on the production and management of GenAI-driven creative assets for marketing and content initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated audio-visual assets, including images, character canvases, audio tracks, and basic animated videos for digital campaigns.
In addition, the candidate will support the Meta ads management process, ensuring accurate uploads, tracking and reporting. This role provides an opportunity to work end-to-end on both creative asset production and ad operations, gaining hands-on experience with AI content generation tools and leading advertising platforms.
Key Skills (Qualifications + Skills):
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Basic familiarity with AI-based tools and video editing.
- Eye for visual storytelling and creative asset quality.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager would be preferred.
- Bonus: Prior experience with basic video editing tools.
Roles & Responsibilities:
GenAI Asset Creation:
- Support the creation of GenAI assets for marketing and series promotion.
- Generate AI-based audio tracks and subtitles (SRT files).
- Create character canvases and dynamic visual assets.
- Select images from asset banks or generate images using AI prompts.
- Perform basic video editing to introduce motion and enhance engagement.
- Ensure all creative assets meet platform-specific guidelines and internal quality standards.
Ads Management:
- Upload, manage, and monitor ad campaigns on Meta.
- Report daily and weekly spends, campaign metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot platform issues and execute campaign changes.
- Manage versions of assets and ensure correct asset uploads.
