Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, working with server-side technologies, databases, and front-end frameworks. You will be responsible for developing scalable applications, ensuring responsiveness, and building new features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
- Work with front-end technologies, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features.
- Build RESTful APIs and ensure the performance and scalability of the application.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, following best practices in software development.
- Implement data storage solutions using databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Manage version control and collaborate with the team using Git and other project management tools.
- Ensure the application security, data protection, and adherence to best practices in web security.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance the development process.
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of security principles and data protection in web applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
