Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee residential construction projects, including high rise buildings, RCC works, finishing work, and project life cycle management.
- Manage project execution from site start to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
- Responsible for checking verification of Bills, Quantity, BBS etc.
- Study of Drawings & raise RFI in case of Discrepancy
- Preparing & maintain delay register, control of wastages
- Responsible for progress and monitoring of all civil works including substructure,
superstructure and foundations with safety
- Execution work as per the methodology Maintain quality and timelines for the finishing
work Coordinate for the resources and material required for the work
- Inspects construction materials to see that they conform to specifications
