Job Description

Objective:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI and SQL Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards and performance reports. They will also write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into data solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

2. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

3. Develop and optimize stored procedures, views, and functions in SQL Server.

4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.

5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various sources.

6. Create and maintain documentation related to data models, reports, and processes.

7. Monitor BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer-Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL).
• Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or SSRS would be preferred.

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and SQL programming.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and report design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and relational database systems.
