Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  
• Oversee journal entries, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and other related tasks.
  
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the RTR process.
  
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on RTR best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, GL Accounting principles.
  
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Candidates applying MUST be comfortable with Night shifts .
