About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their requirements, offering tailored technical solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills to support business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability and sales performance.
  • Analyze customer requirements, market demand trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Present tailored solutions, technical presentations, and marketing strategies to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Conduct field visits and attend client meetings to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients to expand business reach.
  • Provide feedback to improve services based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Maintain an organized customer database and manage after-sales service activities.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
