Phone Bankers with an avg exp of 3 5 years
They are Virtual RMs who manage a mapped book of Preferred customers. These customers maintain a monthly average balance of more than 2 Lakhs and have an FD of 15 Lakhs with the Bank. They are good quality Phone Bankers with an avg exp of 6 8 Years. They are well paid resources. There are some 500 VRMs in the bank who manage 10 Lakh customers. All RMs have a dedicated land line number on which the customers can call back as well. They have a Relationship with the customer which they leverage to cross sell Third Party Products
1. Tele caller will generate leads from the existing Customer of HDFC Bank on daily basis and will be shared with your BSLI Team members. We will get 3 to 4 leads per day.
2. The candidates have to visit the leads shared by the VRM Tele caller personally and brief the BSLI Product and take the leads to closure.
3. Candidates have to build relationship with Tele callers of VRM team to get the Maximum lead.
