Job Title: Social Media Executive - HR Communications

About the Role
As the Social Media Executive - HR Communications, you will be the voice of our workplace culture across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, reputation management, and employee engagement tasked with shaping how current and prospective employees, clients, and the broader community perceive our brand. You will lead content initiatives that bring our culture to life, amplify authentic employee voices, manage our online presence, and promote recognition across external and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Monitor and manage the company s presence on review platforms like Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and Google.
Acknowledge and respond to public reviews with professionalism, empathy, and brand-aligned messaging.
Maintain a consistent and timely response cadence, ensuring our brand reflects responsiveness and transparency.
Track review trends, response quality, and engagement metrics to inform strategy and reporting.
2. Employee-Generated Content (EGC) & Internal Advocacy
Build and scale an internal storytelling culture by encouraging employees to share authentic experiences, milestones, and insights.
Curate and amplify content from employees across LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal newsletters.
Create support mechanisms such as creative templates, content prompts, and photo opportunities to facilitate participation.
Launch regular campaigns that align with brand themes.
3. Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
Develop a structured content calendar to showcase our workplace culture, values, and people stories across platforms.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and functional teams to identify meaningful narratives team spotlights, celebrations, behind-the-scenes, etc.
Manage and coordinate multimedia content creation, including short-form videos and visual assets.
Analyze engagement metrics to evolve storytelling formats and improve impact.
4. CSR Campaign Visibility
Partner with CSR and HR teams to enhance the visibility and emotional connection of our community and volunteering initiatives.
Document and promote CSR campaigns with compelling stories, visuals, and employee voices.
Ensure cross-platform coverage (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Website) to amplify impact and goodwill.
5. Awards & External Recognition
Identify relevant awards and recognition opportunities aligned with our brand, culture, and diversity initiatives.
Coordinate nomination submissions in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
Plan communication rollouts for wins social media announcements, web updates, and internal celebrations.
Integrate recognitions into employer brand assets including career pages, social banners, and recruitment decks.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience managing brand presence on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube); experience in employer branding is a plus.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Comfortable working with creative tools (e.g., Canva) and coordinating with content teams.
Strong understanding of analytics tools and performance reporting.
