Job Description
We are looking for passionate and skilled Software Engineers/Developers to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across various projects. Whether working on enterprise products, custom solutions, or cutting-edge technologies, you will contribute to delivering robust, scalable, and innovative applications.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Work in a development team to design, develop, and maintain integrated web-based and desktop applications.
- Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
- Perform analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging of software solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that adheres to architecture and coding standards.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to deliver reliable and high-performance applications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, estimation, and sprint reviews.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Development Leads, and Product Managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Monitor application performance post-deployment and address any defects or issues in a timely manner.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
What We re Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and OOP concepts.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS SQL Server, including database development, SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, or XML.
- Solid understanding of design principles for scalable, maintainable applications (OOP, SOLID principles).
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (e.g., SAFe or Scrum).
- Ability to adapt to low-code/no-code platforms and new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
- Experience in domains like Pension, Payroll, Accounting, Insurance, or similar is an added advantage.
Exposure to SAFe Agile Framework.
Knowledge of benefit administration, finance, or insurance domains.
Experience working on enterprise-level products or projects.
