Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in leading complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of strategic delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership in high-stakes, enterprise environments. This role requires both deep technical understanding and mature program governance capabilities, with a strong emphasis on business alignment, risk mitigation, and innovation enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across application development, infrastructure, cloud transformation, and enterprise platforms.
Portfolio & Program Management: Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios and programs with interdependent workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-level executives, department heads, and external partners to define project vision, scope, success metrics, and governance structures.
Technical Oversight: Guide architecture and solution teams; oversee development, integration, and deployment cycles; ensure adherence to best practices and compliance.
Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams across global delivery models; mentor project managers and scrum masters; build capability and foster a culture of excellence.
Risk & Quality Management: Develop and execute risk mitigation plans; ensure quality through robust QA practices and continuous improvement.
Agile & Hybrid Delivery: Implement Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies as appropriate; drive DevOps and Agile transformation where required.
Change & Communication: Lead change management efforts for system migrations, process redesigns, and technology upgrades; facilitate executive communication.
