Job Summary:
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for the role of Consultant Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). This position plays a key role in attracting, identifying, and securing top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions across departments
- Utilize a range of recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage top-tier talent
- Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to define recruitment strategies and ensure seamless hiring processes
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as part of the candidate selection process
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Generate and present regular updates and status reports on open requisitions and candidate pipelines
- Stay informed on current recruitment trends and industry best practices
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or corporate environment)
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking sites
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines
