Job Description

Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads within banking and BFSI sectors through research, networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Sales Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead nurturing to pitching comprehensive loyalty programs tailored to banking clients, including points accrual, customized journeys, redemption options, and gift cards/vouchers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in banking and BFSI organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met from sale to post-launch support.

Internal Coordination & Client Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation of tailored loyalty solutions.
  • Provide insights to enhance platform features based on client feedback and industry trends.

Market Strategy & Growth:

Stay informed on banking and BFSI market trends, competitor loyalty offerings, and client needs.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and drive revenue growth.

Independent Leadership:

  • Drive sales autonomously, with the ability to scale efforts if leading a team.

Mentor team members (if assigned) to achieve collective goals.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling loyalty programs or SaaS solutions to banking and BFSI clients in India.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the loyalty or financial services space.
  • Deep understanding of customer loyalty programs, including points accrual, redemption, customized journeys, and gift card/voucher ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach to lead generation and deal closure.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market analysis and solution-tailoring skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in sales performance tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
