Leadership and Team Development: Manage and mentor Product Managers

Guide PMs through the product lifecycle and ensure efficient team performance
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product goals, and progress to stakeholders
Present product updates clearly and compellingly
Influence product decisions and translate technical concepts for all audiences
What we are looking for: Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in Software tech or a product-driven environment, with at least 2 yearsin a role leading a team of product managers in a B2B SaaS organization
Growth Mindset Analytical Skills: Demonstrated success in growth-oriented projects requiring experimentation, iteration, and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools, customer feedback, and success signals to drive product improvements is critical
Aproven track record of building and scaling products that meet user needs and business goals
Intuitive Design: Ability to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for self-serve products like Hiver
You should be a tech craftsperson with an eye for detail
Technical Acumen: Previous experience in technology roles is essential
You must possess a strong understanding of technology platforms, integrations, and system design to collaborate effectively with engineering architects and leads
