Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Lead a high-performing team in the Journal Editorial Office, overseeing the publication process from submission to decision.
  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of editors, reviewers, and authors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of manuscripts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain editorial policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, nurturing the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in scholarly publishing.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and publication guidelines, promoting integrity and academic rigor.
  • Handle escalated issues and inquiries, maintaining a positive relationship with authors and reviewers.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to enhance productivity and quality
