Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage and organize the CEOs calendar, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas.
Handle meeting logistics, including taking minutes, documenting action items, and following up.
Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct research, summarize key insights, and provide decision-support materials to the CEO.
Monitor and prioritize emails and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
Handle non-official tasks and personal errands as needed to support the CEOs efficiency. RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel is an advantage.
Ability to draft business correspondence and prepare presentations.
