Opportunity: As the Social Media Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing Hiver s social media presence, building and nurturing our online community, and fostering meaningful engagement with our target audience
You will work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns while ensuring alignment with our brand voice
This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a knack for storytelling
What you ll do:Social Media Management Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to each platform
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for viral or engaging content
Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies and report actionable insights
Community Building Engagement Actively participate in online communities relevant to Customer Service leadership in the US (eg, LinkedIn groups, forums)
Manage Hiver s customer community by fostering discussions, organizing events (eg, webinars or AMAs), and encouraging collaboration among members
Content Creation Collaboration Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing assets for campaigns
Create engaging short-form video content (eg, Instagram Reels) using basic video editing tools
Reputation Management Monitor brand mentions and sentiment using social listening tools; address concerns or complaints effectively
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms while maintaining Hiver s tone of voice
We are looking for:Skills Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in social media management or community building (preferably in SaaS or B2B industries)
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools
Proven experience in growing online communities and driving engagement
Basic video editing skills (eg, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva) for creating short-form content
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
