Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to support team development.
Identify new market opportunities and support the team in closing key deals.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and excellent customer experience.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performing sales culture.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, real estate].
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
