Skill sets needed
5 to 6 years of post-experience in Statutory audit/ corporate finance/ Group reporting
Chartered Accountants
Experience in Big 4 or financial reporting in corporates
Knowledge INDAS is most preferred.
Good communication skills.
Communication with statutory auditors.
Project management skills
Job description
Responsible for planning of audit at group level
Responsible for quarterly/annual audit closure at group level
Responsible for communicating the timelines, audit deliverable, requirements to
respective BUs finance teams
To coordinate with respective company/subsidiary/JVs auditors and with respective BUs
finance team for closure of audit
Responsible for formulating the entity level controls and to ensure the ICFR controls are
effective
Responsible for formulating the accounting policies and communication to all
sub/JV/associates.
Responsible for driving/contributing the finance related specific projects like Audit/fund
raise/Due Diligence etc.
Responsible for review of balance sheet governance/ drive the actionable on the same.
Responsible for review of cash flow and driving the actionable with finance BUs team.
To lead in preparation of consolidation financial statement
Well versed with INDAS and ICFR controls
Ensure to resolution to statutory audit queries and closure of audit in time
Preparation of MIS to Financial statement reconciliation.
Responsible for implementation of automation for financial reporting and consolidation
