Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition
Join us as an Executive in our HR team at our Gurgaon office and kickstart your career in Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives the success of Ginesys.
What Youll Achieve:As a Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the hiring process, helping us attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
You will:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and evaluate candidates through resume shortlisting and initial calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress through ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Engage in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication.

Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
