Team Leader - Scanning @ TRS Forms

• Receive customer order, obtain job details from the Manager - Operations.
• Prepare a job execution plan by participating in the kick off meeting of the assigned project.
• Coordinate with the Hardware Team, ensure the required gadgets are ready as per the volume

of the project.

• Coordinate with Process In-charge, organize the resources and execute the project as per the

plan.

• Share the details of the kick off meeting with the team members to schedule the project

execution as per the requirements of the client.

• Taking the overall responsibility of the project and ensure accuracy by performing quality

checks.

• Ensure the routine maintenance of the gadgets deployed in the project.
• Ensure data back up as per the plan.
• Ensure customers satisfaction, prepare Job Completion Report and hand over the same to

the Manager - Operations.

• Provide necessary MIS reports as per the agreed frequency to Manager - Operations.
• Coordinate with the Service Executive and arrange for repair of the gadgets, as and when

necessary.

• Problems during the project are to be immediately reported to the Operations Manager.
• Execute any other jobs assigned by the superiors from time to time.
• Maintain daily activity reports and send to the concerned as per the agreed frequency.
• Maintain documents as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.Qualifications

Skill Set: Good Communication in English, Team Handling.

Desired Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate
