Job Description

Respond to inquiries from guests or prospective clients.
Provide customer service as first point of contact.
Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
Conduct market research and report on the results.
Requirements:
Strong phone email and instant chat messaging communication skills
Able to handle various projects and tasks and ensure nothing slips between the cracks.

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
Both verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Any graduate with Excellent in English .
Shift Willing to work on Night Shifts Rotational Shifts.
