Job Description

- Lead end-to-end design of complex Salesforce solutions aligning with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, admins and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data management strategies.
- Establish and drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

Qualification Details

Essential Qualification: BE or MCA

Preferred Qualification: BE Computer Science

Experience Details

Essential Experience: - Experience: 10+ years of work ex with 5+ years in Salesforce solution design, development, architecture- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent.- Skills: Expert Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, and integration technologies.- Leadership: Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.- Special Skills: Experience with large Salesforce orgs (5000+ users).
