Drupal Team Lead @ Dew Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Drupal Lead. As the Drupal Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Drupal-based solutions. You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to gather requirements and develop Drupal-based solutions.
Design and develop custom Drupal modules and themes based on project specifications.
Customize and extend existing Drupal modules to meet specific project needs.
Perform Drupal installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of Drupal applications.
Optimize website performance and implement caching strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal websites and applications.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Drupal development trends and contribute to the Drupal community.
Supervise the team to run the workflow smoothly
Required Skill Sets:
Proven 4+ years of experience in Drupal development, with a strong portfolio of Drupal projects.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and MySQL.
Solid understanding of Drupal architecture, including custom module development and theming.
Experience with Drupal 8/9/10, including knowledge of the Drupal API and Drupal core concepts.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Additional knowledge in other CMS (Wordpress) or Frameworks (Laravel) is a plus
Establish good communication & relationship with the team & stakeholders.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
