Job Description

Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Graphic Creation: Design graphics for websites, social media, print, and digital advertising.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and media.

Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketing, and product teams.

Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Revisions and Feedback: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.

Technical Proficiency: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) proficiently to produce high-quality graphics. Requirements

Core Competencies

Bachelordegree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.

Experience with animation and motion design.

Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
