ITI fitter

having minimum one year experience ( fresher can also apply ) 

Qualification :ITI fitter

 

Assemble machinery parts using tools like drills, grinders, lathes, and welding machines.

Fit mechanical parts and subassemblies according to blueprints or technical drawings.

Maintenance and Repair

Inspect and maintain mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Diagnose faults or breakdowns and perform repairs to restore functionality.

Installation Work

Install mechanical equipment and systems in factories or industrial sites.

Ensure proper alignment and functioning of machines post-installation.

Reading and Interpreting Drawings

Understand engineering drawings, layouts, and blueprints to guide fabrication or installation tasks.

Machining and Fabrication

Use machine tools (lathe, milling, shaping) to manufacture or modify components as per specifications.

Quality Control

Measure and inspect parts for accuracy using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Ensure components meet required tolerances and standards.

Safety and Compliance

Follow safety protocols while working with heavy machinery or in hazardous environments.

Comply with industry standards and maintenance schedules.
