Assist the product team in researching and identifying use cases for AI agents and LLM applications such as smart chatbots, document summarizers, and workflow automation tools.
Contribute to product roadmaps by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and competitive products.
2) AI & LLM Research Assistance
Help evaluate capabilities of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude) for real-world tasks by conducting prompt experiments and documenting results.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and assist in translating complex research into actionable product ideas.
3) User-Centric Product Design
Participate in user research to understand pain points and identify how AI can solve them.
Collaborate with design and product teams to wireframe user experiences that are intuitive and AI-augmented.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Engineering and Data Science teams to scope out new features, run experiments, and test prototypes.
Support the product team in gathering and organizing user feedback, QA testing, and feature documentation.
5) Performance & Insights
Help define success metrics and analyze how users are engaging with AI-powered features.
Assist in preparing presentations and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
What We re Looking For
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or related field.
Passionate about AI, LLMs, and how technology can enhance user experiences.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-first mindset and curiosity to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Figma, Notion, or basic analytics dashboards.
Deep hands-on exposure with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), APIs, or prompt design experiments.
