Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Branded Content Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in digital media, audio, video, or content sales. This role focuses on selling premium podcast production services to large clients, with an emphasis on media and content sales (not traditional ad sales). The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive significant revenue growth, manage high-value client relationships, and execute impactful branded content campaigns through podcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Branded Content Sales:
Drive new business and manage relationships with large brands, media agencies, and digital marketers by selling Hubhopper s podcast production services. Develop and deliver tailored branded content solutions that meet client objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring smooth project execution, campaign success, and overall client satisfaction. Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders.
Custom Campaign Development:
Collaborate with clients to design and produce podcast content that aligns with their marketing goals. Oversee the successful execution of branded content campaigns to maximize impact and engagement.
Revenue Growth Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets by managing a robust sales pipeline with average deal sizes of 10 Lakh and above. Focus on closing high-value deals and maximizing business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the production, creative, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality content delivery.
Industry Insight Innovation:
Stay current with trends in podcasting, digital audio, and branded content. Provide clients with innovative content solutions and valuable industry insights to enhance their campaigns.
Sales Performance Reporting:
Track and report sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting revenue, and identifying growth opportunities. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities and achievements.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in branded content sales, digital media, or content sales (audio/video media experience preferred). Marketing agency experience is highly relevant.
Client Handling: Proven ability to manage large clients and build long-term relationships, with a track record in selling digital or audio content.
Sales Expertise: Experience closing high-value deals with an average ticket size of 10 Lakh+.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers.
Proactive Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet sales targets, build a strong pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing large-scale online campaigns, particularly those focused on branded content.
Strong network within the media and entertainment industry, especially with agencies and brands.
A deep understanding of podcasting trends and a passion for digital audio content.
